Stroller Time

Last week we went for a little stroller ride around the block after dinner, and to our pleasant surprise, Jack stayed in his little stool the entire time. Usually he's only interested in riding on it for the first couple minutes, than hops off to proceed by slowly walking. But with Elijah in the seat so they can watch each other, I guess it seems like a lot more fun.

With the nice weather on Sunday, we decided to take advantage and go for another little ride to the park. This is a good 10-15 minute walk in the stroller, but again, Jack rode the whole way there and at least half the way back, minimizing the distance I had to carry a child. This time I was armed with my phone for some photographs.

Elijah fell asleep on the way to the park, and slept the entire time we were there and the whole way home. He even slept another 20 minutes or so after we got back. For this kid, a 30 minute nap is normal, and anything longer is miraculous! So it was good to get a nice long snooze!  And he go to snuggle with Jack's baby, who obviously wanted to come to the park too.
